Datahut is looking for technically curious and motivated graduates from the 2025 and 2026 batches to join our team as Data Mining Engineer Trainees.

We are looking for candidates with a strong foundation in programming, good logical thinking and hands-on experience developing at least one independent project. Python is preferred, but candidates proficient in other programming languages are also welcome.

You will undergo six months of structured training, gaining hands-on exposure to real-world data extraction challenges and projects for international clients. Upon successful completion of training, you will progress to the Junior Data Mining Engineer role.

What You'll Do:

1. Develop and maintain web data extraction solutions to collect data from different websites.
2. Work with real-world websites, understand their structure and solve technical challenges in extracting data.
3. Learn and work with Python, web technologies and our data acquisition platform.
4. Ensure the accuracy, consistency and quality of collected data.
5. Troubleshoot technical issues and continuously improve data extraction processes.
6. Work on real-world projects for international clients.

What We're Looking For:

1. Graduates from the 2025 or 2026 batch.
2. Freshers having a background in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technical field is preferred.
3. Strong programming fundamentals in at least one programming language (Python preferred).
4. Experience developing at least one project independently. Personal or self-initiated projects are welcome.
5. Strong foundation in programming fundamentals, with the ability to write, understand and debug code, apply logical reasoning and solve problems independently.
6. Ability to understand unfamiliar technologies and learn new programming languages.
7. Curiosity, initiative and a genuine interest in building a career in technology.

Knowing Python is an advantage, but it is not mandatory if you have strong coding fundamentals in another language.
