Job Description:

Datahut helps businesses get structured data feeds from any website through our cloud-based data-as-a-service platform. We're looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards of customer engagement and satisfaction that our clients expect. The ideal candidate will handle inbound sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Response & Management: Efficiently handle inbound leads, providing prompt and professional responses. Establish a strong first impression to build lasting relationships.
  2. Lead Qualification: Assess and categorize leads based on their needs and potential for conversion. Utilize effective communication strategies to understand their requirements and align our services accordingly.
  3. Product Expertise & Demonstration: Gain in-depth knowledge of Datahut's offerings and articulate their benefits to potential clients. Customize presentations to meet individual client needs and showcase how our solutions can address their specific challenges.
  4. Sales Process Guidance: Lead potential clients through the purchasing process, providing informed advice and support. Collaborate with the Datahut team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  5. CRM Utilization: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records in our CRM system, tracking lead interactions and progress towards sales goals..
  6. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or surpass set sales targets, contributing significantly to the overall revenue goals of Datahut.
  7. Feedback & Reporting: Regularly report on lead handling and sales process effectiveness. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the refinement of sales strategies.


  1. A minimum of 1 year of sales experience in software services industry, with a background in technology 
  2. Demonstrated success in managing accounts and achieving targets.
  3. Solid understanding of the technology industry
  4. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  5. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
