Job Summary:

Are you skilled at helping clients find solutions to their problems? If yes, you are the one we are looking for. A successful Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of the company's customers throughout their journey. Their primary focus is to build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and help them achieve their desired outcomes.


  1. Act as a liaison between customers, senior management and the technical team, effectively communicating customer requirements and technical solutions

  2. Onboarding and Implementation

  3. Timely and accurate data delivery

  4. Relationship Building

  5. Customer Success Planning

  6. Proactive Monitoring and Support

  7. Adoption and Product Education

  8. Identify and suggest improvements for client satisfaction across all business areas

  9. Encourage customer feedback for continuous improvement

  10. Identify and remove customer challenges/blockers

  11. Optimize company processes and enhance Customer Success initiatives

  12. Troubleshoot and understand customers' concerns


  1. 2 - 5 years of proven work experience in a Customer facing role. 

  2. Proficiency in Report building using Google Docs, Google Sheets, MS word, MS excel, etc.

  3. Basic understanding of data and technology. We’re not expecting you to be a programmer or a data engineer; however - if you have an understanding of how programming and data work - that is sufficient. 

  4. Ability to make quick and effective decisions on technical and service delivery issues.

  5. Strategic thinker with analytical experience, attention to detail, and confidence in leading client engagements.

  6. Strong Communication skills: you should be comfortable talking with all levels of customer personnel.

  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  8. Ability to speak Malayalam and English fluently and must be located in Kerala
